Last night we had a lot of fun at youth group. While many of you were gone because of Sonshine Music Festival or other reasons - we still had a blast. Here's what you missed:-carpet ball
-a scavenger hunt
-talking about the race of life and winning the prize
-duck, duck, goose!
Seriously, we played duck, duck, goose. Normally Big Tom and Grant take care of games. But Tom got a new job and hasn't been able to come on Wednesday nights, so Grant has been doing games this summer. Well last night Grant had to work late, so the closest relation to Grant was Katie Johnson (pictured above - apparently she doesn't like her picture taken!). So Katie chose to play this classic game of duck and goose! It was fun.
Plus the scavenger hunt was really cool. We missed you if you weren't there.
And just to remind everyone, we will continue to have junior high youth group every Wednesday night throughout the summer!
