Youth Group this Wednesday - Cody's last week!

We want to invite everyone out to youth group this week.  It will be the last week for long time youth group regular, Cody Casper.

Cody was a part of youth group for all of 6th-12th grade.  Plus he's been a youth leader since 2011.  So in all Cody has been a part of our youth ministry at Bayside for a combined 11 years!

We will have normal youth group this week - games, quiz, time to hang out, etc.  But we also will hear from Cody and get a chance to say good-bye.

Youth Group this week

Last week we had an awesome night of youth group playing FRISBEE Golf and bocce ball!  This week we have more fun in store - as well as some time planned for small groups.

Summer Party at Lake Nebagamon

We are having an awesome summer party at the lake on Thursday, July 16th.

Meet at Bayside at 1pm.  Bring your swimsuit, towel and an appetite!

We will be driving out to Lake Nebagamon for swimming in the lake, hanging on the beach, volleyball, basketball, football or anything else that comes up.  Oh yeah, and FOOD.

It's all free and it's all for you.  Students in 6th-12th grade are welcome!

We will be getting back to the church around 8-9pm.

Bring a Frisbee to youth group tonight

If you have a Frisbee - bring one with you to youth group tonight.

If you don't have one - that is okay - come to youth group anyway.  We will have extras for you.

Frisbee Golf!

Join us this Wednesday night for Frisbee Golf!  At our regular youth group this week we will be going through our new Frisbee Golf course at Bayside!

We continue to meet each Wednesday night from 6:30pm-8:00pm this summer.  It has been a lot of fun and we are looking forward to seeing you there this week.

Join us this Wednesday night for youth group as we play BIGGER AND BETTER!

It is a crazy fun game that you will remember for years.

You don't want to miss it!

Bigger and Better - coming soon!

Next Wednesday night we will be playing BIGGER AND BETTER!!!!  It is a super fun game that can bring BIG laughs, BIG fun and BIG results.

Here's how it works:

All the students will be broken up into small teams of 4-5 with one adult leader/driver.  You will have one hour to go around town looking for stuff.  You start with something small like a paper clip and you go around to houses asking for something bigger and better.  When you get something bigger or better than a paper clip you trade for it and then find something bigger or better than that.  You keep going around looking for something bigger and better until the time is up or you are convinced you will have the biggest and best item of any team.  When everyone gets back we will have judges to determine the winners.

So join us next week as we play this exciting game at youth group on Wednesday night, July 8th.

We last played this game in 2010 with our youth group.  Below are the pictures of what was brought back.  The winners had cash and a BBQ grill!  We also got a huge house door, a set of old golf clubs and a comfortable chair and ottoman.
