Jason's last week at youth group

If you haven't heard yet, Jason Riddell is moving.  Sad face...We are excited for him and his wife, Patty, as they are heading down to Wood Lake Bible Camp.  But we are certainly sad to be losing one of our awesome youth leaders!

Please join us this Wednesday for youth group as we have our usual dinner, worship, quiz, Bible study and games.  But we also will be saying goodbye to Jason.  So come and make sure to give him a hug, say THANK YOU, and say goodbye...for now.

Serving this Sunday

This Sunday we are going to the Duluth Union Gospel Mission to serve a dinner to the homeless.  Please prayerfully consider joining us for this great opportunity.

It will be fun and more importantly it will have an impact on people in our community who are hurting.

Meet at Bayside at 4:30pm on Sunday afternoon.  The dinner starts at 5:00pm.  Afterwards we help clean up and we should be back to Bayside around 6:45pm or so.

Youth Group on Wednesday nights

Remember that weekly youth group is on Wednesday nights.  This is for BOTH junior and senior high youth groups.

We start with dinner at 5:45pm.
Then we worship at 6:30pm.
After that we go to youth group for the quiz, a Bible study and activities.

Bayside Youth Group - Highlight of the Week

We kicked off youth group last week with a bang!  There were over 60 of us there between our three groups.

We had a great dinner, a quiz on #1s, some fun time of hanging out, dodge ball AND started our Bible study on FAITH.

Fall Kick-Off

Bayside youth group FALL KICK-OFF is coming next week!  School has started, activities are going strong, fall sports are in season.  All that's left to get going is youth group!

Wednesday, September 10 we will be kicking-off the school year with youth group.  Here's how Wednesday nights will work this school year:

5:45 - Dinner
6:30 - Worship
6:45 - AMP activity time, JR/SR HIGH have announcements and quiz
7:10 - AMP lesson time, SR HIGH activity time, JR HIGH Bible study
7:35 - SR HIGH Bible study, JR HIGH activity time
8:00 - end

We have three groups that will be meeting on Wednesday nights:

AMP - 4th-6th grade
JR HIGH - 7th-8th grade
SR HIGH - 9th-12th grade

It's going to be a great year and we hope you join us next week to start it off with a bang!
