Once again we had an awesome retreat. Thursday through Saturday of last week 55 students and adults went to Storybook Lodge in Gilbert, MN, for our annual youth retreat. It was powerful, fun, challenging, cool, tiring, slippery, amazing, awesome and wonderful. Thank you to everyone who made it what it was. Above is a picture of Tony modeling the t-shirts from this year's retreat. If you missed the retreat and want a t-shirt we are selling them for $10.

This retreat has made such a difference in my life and my relationship with my lord and savior Jesus Christ. I will never forget the powerful message Grant delivered on Friday night during session 4 nor will I forget the fun we had in the games that we all played. God has made a difference in each and every single one of us but i know for sure i will never be the same after this weekend. Also i send a big Thank you to all the adults and staff that helped out this weekend it wouldn't have been the same without you!

Tyler thank you for the compliments, but God gets that glory. I am just thankful I know someone was impacted by God's word. I hope it will always stick to the heart, knowing that is the Gospel of Peace. If you ever have any questions or concerns I am always willing to talk to you and try and help. (it goes for anyone else who may read this) As Tom said, that message is what God has made the mission of my heart to help believers truly grasp what they have by God's grace! ReplyDeleteyout should put the picture of the sleepping people lol they were all so cute. i liked the night games they were funn too. plus just getting to meet new people and get to know god more all in all this retreat was one of my favorite life memories and even tho i was to shy to get up and talk about the sr.s i want to say that to alex thank you for being my friend it was really nice to talk to someone plus i still think its gonna stink with out you doing the morning anouncments. and to cody i think that having you as my friend is one of the reasons i changed myself you helped me better myself so thank you both guys and good luck on your college journeys
