Our annual Bayside youth group retreat is scheduled for this weekend, April 4-6!  It is going to be an awesome weekend and it is not too late to sign up!  The cost is $60 and a permission slip is required.

The absolute last day to sign up is WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2.  Please contact Pastor Tom ASAP if you have questions.

Senior high youth group on Sunday night - GET REGISTERED FOR OUR RETREAT NEXT WEEKEND!

We hope to see all you 9th-12th graders out on Sunday (March 30) for senior high youth group.  We will continue our Bible study of James, have a quiz, play some games and see what else might happen.

And it's a great opportunity to get registered for the retreat that is NEXT WEEKEND!  The cost is $60 and you need a permission slip on file to attend.  Your friends are welcome to attend.  So invite some!  The last day to sign up is this Wednesday, April 2.

1 week to our RETREAT!

Well you probably have heard by now that our annual retreat is April 4-6.  This is your last week to get signed up.  The cost is $60 and you must have a permission slip on file to attend.

Friends are welcome - so invite as many as you can.

This Sunday, March 30 and next Wednesday, April 2 are the last dates to sign up.

Senior High youth group - Sunday, March 23

We WILL be having Senior High youth group this Sunday.

Even though a group of us will be traveling down to Minneapolis for the "Faith and Family Night" event - there still WILL be youth group for those that are around Superior.

So come on out.  6:30pm-8:00pm.

15 days until our retreat!

Our annual Bayside youth group retreat is just 15 days away!  April 4-6 we will be heading to Storybook Lodge in Gilbert, MN for "The Vine." All students in 6th-12th grade are invited and encouraged to bring friends.

The cost is $60 and a permission slip is required.  If you have more questions contact Pastor Tom.  Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 2.

Junior High Youth Group!

All 6th-8th graders are reminded that we have JUNIOR HIGH youth group tonight (March 19) starting at 6:00pm.

We will have dinner, hear about some cool things happening on the other side of the world, have a quiz, continue our Bible study and play some games.

Senior High youth group - TONIGHT - Sunday, March 9

Yes, it is spring break for Superior this week.

But we will still be having youth group tonight.  So if you are around - come and join us!

We will have fun, games and of course continue in our Bible study of James.

Faith and Family Day - March 23

On Sunday, March 23 we are taking a youth group trip down to the Twin Cities for Faith and Family Day at the Target Center in Minneapolis.  We will attend a Minnesota Timberwolves basketball game and a Christian concert with the artist Jamie Grace.  The cost is $20 and that includes the tickets to the game and concert as well as the travel costs.  Food will be extra.

If you are interested in going you need to sign up ASAP.  The deadline is this Sunday, March 9th.  So let us know if you want to go and we need the money by Sunday!

It is going to be a fun event and we will have a blast!  The plan is to leave after church on Sunday the 23rd, stop for lunch on the way and get to the arena by 2.  The game starts at 2:30 and should go until about 5 or so.  We will have a chance to eat dinner and then the concert will start.  Our plan is to drive home after the concert and be back to church by around 9pm.

Highlight of the week

Here's a picture of 8 students in our youth group who answered the call to serve.  Last Sunday night I asked if anyone could help someone from our church.  We had a family who had a lot of snow in their yard and walkway and the dad was not physically able to shovel anymore.  I was hoping for 2-3 students to help us get this service project done.

We were blessed with an overwhelming response as these 8 students came and joyfully shoveled in the freezing cold temps!  It took us less than 30 minutes to do something that would have taken that dad hours to complete.  The family was very thankful and I am blessed to work with such awesome students.

Senior High youth group tonight!

Hope all you 9th-12th graders join us for senior high youth group tonight, March 2!  Even if it is cold we will have plenty of fun to keep you warm and busy!

So come on out as we continue our Bible study of James (chapter 3), have a quiz on the 2000s, play some games and eat some candy.
